Privacy Policy

1. Overview

At MoodyClouds ("we," "our," or "the Studio"), we believe privacy is foundational to building creative trust. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect when you visit our portfolio website (https://moodyclouds.click), browse our animated stickers, or submit an inquiry, and how that information is handled.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide Voluntarily

When you submit a design inquiry through our hire form or email us at [email protected], you may provide your name, email address, project timeline, budget range, and creative brief details. We use this information solely to evaluate, reply to, and fulfill your inquiry.

B. Automatically Collected Technical Data

We do not use invasive tracking cookies, third-party advertising beacons, or data broker integrations. Standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamp) may be collected for security monitoring, DDOS mitigation, and operational diagnostics.

C. Client-Side Preferences (Local Storage)

We store your visual theme preference (Light or Dark mode) locally in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is used purely to render your preferred visual style without flickering.

3. Third-Party Media & Embeds (GIPHY)

Our portfolio displays and links to animated stickers hosted on GIPHY (owned by Meta / GIPHY Inc.). When viewing media loaded directly from GIPHY's content delivery network (CDN) or navigating to GIPHY links, GIPHY may process technical request headers according to their independent privacy policy:

Please review the GIPHY Privacy Policy ↗ for details on their data practices.

4. Data Retention & Security

Inquiry correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to conduct ongoing business communications or to comply with statutory accounting requirements. We implement modern transport-layer security (TLS/HTTPS) across all pages.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location (including rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted to us. To exercise these rights, email us at:
